FindTorahFellowship.com Terms of Service Version 2.0 – Effective Date: 8 December 2025

Welcome to FindTorahFellowship.com! We are thrilled you are here and extend to you a very warm welcome and Shalom! FindTorahFellowship.com is an online community where members can search for other Torah-observant believers, make contact, and interact in user-created groups. Our mission is to connect Torah-observant communities across the globe while strengthening and encouraging one another as we follow the Risen Messiah (Hebrews 10:25). These Terms of Service exist to help create an uplifting, safe, and fruitful experience for everyone.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the site, govern your access to and use of www.FindTorahFellowship.com and all related services, applications, and tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Statement of Belief

By creating an account and using the Services you affirm that you agree with the following core beliefs:

• The entire Bible (both Tanakh/Old Testament and New Testament) is the inspired Word of God.
• The Torah remains a valid and instructive guide for believers today (e.g., observance of Shabbat, Biblical Feast Days, and/or Biblical food laws).
• Yahushua/Yeshua of Nazareth is the promised Messiah who died, was buried, and rose again.

3. User Account

To protect the community and limit fraudulent accounts, all users must create an account and provide accurate information including:

• First name
• Last name (visible only to administrators, not to other users)
• Nickname/display name
• Profile type (individual, family/couple, or congregation/group)
• “About me/our group” description
• General location (we strongly recommend using only your city/town – never your exact home address)

4. Account Approval / Rejection

All new accounts are manually reviewed. Accounts will normally be approved unless:

• Required information is incomplete
• The profile violates these Terms of Service or our Statement of Belief
• The account appears fraudulent or fake

You will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection. If you believe a rejection was made in error, please contact us at admin@FindTorahFellowship.com.

5. Using the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law
• Post threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or sexually explicit material
• Post false or misleading information
• Infringe any third-party rights (including copyright or trademark)
• Send spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
• Distribute viruses or harmful code
• Impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the Services
• Copy, modify, or distribute others’ content without permission
• Use robots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Services without our written consent
• Harvest personal information without consent
• Attempt to bypass any access restrictions

6. Group Etiquette

When participating in groups or forums you agree to:

• Be kind and compassionate (Ephesians 4:32)
• Consider others as more important than yourself (Philippians 2:3)
• Live peaceably with all as far as it depends on you (Romans 12:18)
• Treat others with respect, especially when differences of opinion arise

7. Prohibited Group Formation

Until we launch an official singles-matching feature, please do not create groups whose primary purpose is dating or connecting singles.

8. Profile / Post Removal

We reserve the right to remove any profile, post, or content and/or suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Deny or speak against the Messiah
• Clearly violate our Statement of Belief
• Contain racism, abuse, vulgarity, hate speech, obscenity, or sexually explicit material
• Include swearing or offensive language
• Are knowingly false, threatening, harassing, or invasive of privacy
• Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Contain damaging, unhelpful, or distressing advice (in the judgment of moderators)

Removals may occur without prior notice. If you believe content was removed in error, contact admin@FindTorahFellowship.com.

9. Abusing the Services

Please report problems, offensive content, or policy violations to admin@FindTorahFellowship.com. We may, at our sole discretion, issue warnings, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms.

10. Fees and Services

Use of the Services is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features in the future. Any new fees will be clearly displayed before you incur them, and will be quoted in U.S. Dollars.

11. Content & Intellectual Property

All content you submit remains your property, but by posting it you grant FindTorahFellowship.com a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content (other than your own) without express permission.

12. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe content infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a notice to admin@FindTorahFellowship.com.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR THE ACTIONS OF OTHER USERS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FINDTORAHFELLOWSHIP.COM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindTorahFellowship.com and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee for any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
